1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between th15 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the th15 online gaming platform available at th15.app ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by th15, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who interact with th15 services.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by accepting these Terms, you are doing so on their behalf.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the th15 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a personal capacity);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of th15, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by th15 or by any regulatory authority;
• You have not previously had a th15 account terminated for cause;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

th15 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at th15's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of th15 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on th15 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). th15 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three business days.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: th15 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Fees: th15 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which th15 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. th15 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

th15 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. th15 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Modification: th15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the th15 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout rates of those games.

By participating in any game on th15, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG technology and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or third party;
• The house edge is a mathematical feature of all casino games, and th15 does not guarantee that any player will profit from their gaming activity;
• Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the th15 server. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the th15 server, the server record shall prevail;
• th15 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the th15 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one player account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing th15 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the th15 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of th15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of th15.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

th15 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

th15 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and th15 cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Responsible Gaming

th15 recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and have implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that notify them of the duration of their gaming session.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, th15 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

th15's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th15 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

th15 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. th15 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

12. Termination & Suspension

th15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• At th15's sole discretion, for any other reason that th15 deems appropriate.

Upon termination for cause, th15 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) will generally be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigations.

You may close your th15 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

th15 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that th15's operations are subject to Philippine gaming regulations and that any regulatory matters will be addressed in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

th15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, th15 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
